The Door Has Opened

 

My last post was written on June 7, 2011. I shared how as a young woman during prayer and reading the Bible, God showed me that He wanted me to declare His goodness through music and through speaking to people around the world.

I will praise thee, O Lord, among the people: I will sing unto thee among the nations. Psalm 57:9
I will speak of thy testimonies also before kings, and will not be ashamed. Psalm 119:46
 
Years went by and many trials and tribulations came and my dream became locked away in the back of my mind. Recently, God showed me that the dream was coming to pass. Shortly after, I was invited to play my flute at a Women's Conference. But at that point there was not any door open for me to go to the nations...


During praying and reading the Bible on August 3 2010, God showed me that He has opened a door for me to speak to nations, kings, queens, and leaders. He told me that the time was not in the distant future, but imminent. I was to get ready to go. On August 10, 2011, Pastor Isaac Kihoro from Nairobi, Kenya invited my family and me to minister in their church, Bethany Ministry Sanctuary. When I received the invitation, I was surprised and then the seriousness of what God commissioned me to do begin to sink in.


Please pray for me and my family as God makes a way for us to go minister and fellowship with Pastor Isaac, his wife Lindah, his family, and the Believers at Bethany Ministry Sanctuary in Nairobi, Kenya.
